I've been running track for a while and every year I have to run at a school that has a gravel track. The track is not pavement but a track with gravel and dirt. Because of this, I cannot wear my spikes because they either wear down quicker or I lose some of the spikes after running just one race. I've tried tightening the spikes as much as I could but they still fall out. Is there a certain type of spike that I can buy or shoe that will give me traction and prevent me from running slow? If it helps, I am a sprinter so I run the 100, 200, and 4x100.
