Thanks for the response, thats what I'm hoping for was yours exact same similar pattern and did you take off from running to let it heal?

I had between 12-24oz of water/coffee prior to each run thats typically normal for me.

I had this happen 2 & 3 weeks ago. Chances are it was from running on an empty bladder. I was worried as can be at first so got it checked out for the doctors to find nothing.

do you eat a low carb diet and are a lean person? probably burning muscle.

I probably eat more carbs than protein but am relatively lean 5'6 around 135

Well...It's better than having urine in your blood.

Scary looking but harmless event. The walls of your bladder are rubbing together while running. Don't fully empty your bladder before running and this won't happen.

I'll have to watch you pee in order to offer any advice. Please post a video.

Those procedures are DANGEROUS, and can seriously mess up your body.

Blood in urine is a normal event, and NO BIG DEAL.

The world would be a much better place if people would just stay away from medical quacks.

Yikes!..a CT scan? That's a lot of ionizing radiation to that part of the body. Have you asked your doctor about a far safer MRI? I always try to have an MRI over a CT scan (usually the only flack I get from the doctor is that I'm being very picky. ?).

I have not yet but will when/if its requested.

Has happened to me a couple times. Posts about an empty bladder seemed true for my instances. Hopefully it’s nothing and your ok.
