M: 40 min easy w/ 6x100m strides @ mile pace
T: 15min easy, 3x2 mins at 3k pace w/ 2 mins easy, 4 mins easy jog, 4x30sec at mile pace w/ 30sec rest, cooldown to 45min
W: 40min easy
Th: 40min easy w/ 4x100m strides @3k pace
F: 3mi easy w/ 3x100m strides @ mile pace and 2x100m accelerations
S: 2mi WU, 3k race (9:45), 2 mi CD
Su: Off
Not the way I wanted to finish my indoor season (got put in a bad heat at conference championships, was 5 seconds slower than PR from a week ago), but I'm only a freshman and I'm not that concerned with it. Sub 10 for 3200 outdoors is still the goal.
