I would say no. I tried this earlier in the winter and it got worse and I still haven't shaken it off.
Seems to have turned into walking pneumonia.
a little run should be fine but don't stress your body adversely. Another words, don't overdo it.
Sometimes in the later stages of a cold, i found that it cleared me out and seemed to get me back to normal faster.

Agree. Overdress, and go out for 20 minutes as slowly as you can run. If it goes well, people will be able to follow your trail of decongestion.
