Throughout this indoor season which I only ran like three meets, no spikes were allowed. So I raced and trained in the same trainers. I trained in surfaces in the snow, treadmill, and school hallway. For this one meet, the facility is allowing us to wear spikes.

2 mile- 9:45
I wore the Nike Pegasus 33's and the 2 mile and 800 time was done on the same day recently.
I plan on wearing the Nike zoom victory elite 3's that have quarter inch spikes in them. How much faster can I expect to go.
