never raced a hs 2 mile before, based off of these what can I run
MS PR 11;06cc 5:03 2:13
HS 17;51(bad season shouldve been faster, also went 10:50 in a 2 mile tt)
Indoor so far 5:32, 2:12, 5:03, 2:11
my plan is to run even 60s the whole way and go 10:40, can i do it?
