For the past 2 months I've been doing the majority of my long and easy runs on a treadmill with track workouts on and indoor 200m track. I do core and body weight workouts twice a week with hip strengthening exercises also. My workouts are geared for a mid distance track runner so 800m-1600m stuff. I'm not sure why but lately my quads have just been feeling tired. Not sore or tight but just tired. I haven't been feeling 100% in workouts for a few a weeks but I am still hitting pace. ( 1:57-800m pace for intervals) I make sure to roll out and stretch after workouts. I'm properly hydrated and I'm pretty sure my nutrition is good, I'm getting enough protein and all that stuff. I just don't know what to do easy slow runs don't seem to help my legs feel better the next day. Thoughts??
