Even splits. Followed up by 4x200 w/ 200 recovery in 34, felt somewhat hard. Ran 4:52 for the 1600 (outdoor) last week off no speedwork in a good race. What can I for 800/1600/3200 in two months?

You could probably go sub 4:40 and around 10 flat.

Probably about this, maybe a bit slower, but everyone is different. I opened up in 4:53 one year and ended up doing 4:44 (only ran fresh once more) and 10:11 after doing my first 3200 for the year in 10:27. I also probably overraced and definitely didn’t take my easy days easy enough.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
