Anybody else notice her Instagram story? She is watching the marathoners finish as she gets in a weight lifting session post race. Can she not get a break for one day?

Being a NOPer means you work hard.
Maybe she had a break yesterday.

I'm sure all elite athletes work hard. But I'm sure the vast majority of elites are out eating a nice burger and beer together post race.
The vast majority of elites aren't Jordan hasay so that's why I date her if I wasn't then I wouldn't date the other elites because they're not Jordan

Kettlebell?
The reason for doing this will be related to adaptation than can be achieved by weight exercises on tired muscles. Recruiting less used muscles for example.
Recruitment is far more complex.
And no reason to Instagram anything after other than congratulations to Huddle.
hm i saw it and thought it was her little was of making it clear she hadn't raced all out..

Banana bread - are you cheating on Bekele?
It's her way of saying: I lost today but I'm detetmined and already working hard to beat you next race.
Hasay, obvious to me, was not taking this race as seriously as was Huddle, and is entirely focused on Boston.
Good for her.
This was exactly the approach that I took when preparing for marathons.

She probably likes you because she doesn't get her period anymore, and it seems you don't know how to use them. Both of you just do without.

BS!!!!!!!! Yes, she raced all out. Please stop with the sheer stupidity of comments. She raced all out!!!! Did everything she could but couldn't stay with the early hard pace...believe it or not.

And to you as well...total BS!!!! She said so before the race, she was going all out to beat Huddle. You guys are soooo dumb with this "didn't try hard crap".

Is her lack of period proof of her using exogenous testosterone? She's becoming masculine!
Can think of two possible reasons:
- When you are preparing for a marathon, your "season" = that marathon. Everything else is preparation for it. So even if you plan to race the HM all-out, which I assume Hasay did, you train through, which I imagine both she and Huddle did.
- Make your hard days HARD. BITD I would occasionally race a half in the morning, then do a shakeout run followed by weights in the afternoon.
