Is this a good training method?
In the winter do some 200m hill reps for about 30 min,run up hard and jog back easy repeat for 30min. Also do some kilometer reps or tempo runs and finish with some 200m to 600m range reps i.e. 6 x 1k + 2(600/400/300/200)
