For a guy who spent a decade running up to 150+ mile weeks how does he stay healthy in his later 50’s?!
Training wise I heard he did little beyond low mileage, Eliptigo LR’s, and 100m strides.

He lifted weights when he was training harder. The rest is just maintenance of talent.
Plus he has a plan of doing this every year. That counts for a lot.
