^this. Yulia always looked like a very young tiny girl. Whatever the program was, it wasn’t easy on her. She just retired this summer due to her ongoing issues with anorexia. Retired at 19, rough.

LOL, this was satire, actually - surely one or two spotted it?? I doubt very much they gave her anything. Anorexia is a problem that affects many teenage girls. She was the center of the world's attention at 15 years old with the hopes of a nation behind her. Also, has to be said her career didn't quite pan out afterwards, there is a lot of competition in Russia at the moment.
Ashley Wagner looks far more likely to be on something. The point is, Russia dominates figure skating, probably because all young girls there are obsessed with skating, gymnastics, ballet etc as well as being naturally lithe, supple, graceful. The fact that Russia is banned from the Winter Olympics whilst doping powerhouses like Kenya are allowed to dominate the Summer Olympics is a travesty.
OK then. Haha! It can be hard to tell what is satire on this forum, given how out of touch with reality many posters are.
They may be on PEDS- but consider this- the pool for Figure Skaters is very small. It's not like every high school offers it and every 3rd world nation has skaters coming out of the woodwork to win prize money on the world circuit.
My daughter was a good figure skater and I spent about 15-20K a year on it.
She was not at the top level and I was told to be prepared to spend up to 50K a year.
Imagine if every nation had their best (potential) skaters skating?
Worth noting that in the past Soviet/Russian trainers gave their female gymnasts drugs to delay the onset of puberty.
It's not inconceivable that they'd do something like that with skaters. Such drugs, though rather indirectly, would indeed be PEDs.

More like no high school offers it! I’ve never heard of a high school figure skating team. ? ⛸
Of course it's worth noting that the bronze medallist Carolina Kostner was partnered up with subsequently banned walker Alex Schwazer, and was banned for 16 months herself for helping him avoid a test.
Also worth noting that many experts feel that the Russian winner Adelina Sotnikova was somewhat fortunate to be judged the winner.

Not all PEDs are anabolic steroids...
They drugged the judges

Where did I say they gave her anabolic steroids? I specifically said "something". Learn to read and also to stay away from the "no duh" file.
