I am a female high school runner, and my main events are the 800 and 1600. I want to run between 35-40 miles a week throughout track season. Any suggestions?

Long runs (8-10 miles): 7:06-7:36
Easy runs (30-40 minutes): 7:06-7:36
Moderate tempo runs (35-40 minutes): 6:50-7:05
Tempo runs (30 minutes): 6:22-6:47
400 repeats (8-10): 1:07-1:11
800 repeats (5-8): 2:36-2:47
1000m repeats (5-7): 3:20-3:36
1200m repeats (4-6): 3:45-3:50
Mile repeats (3-4): 5:35-5:47
