I'm trying to figure out my race schedule and focus so that my coach can create training plan.
I am wondering if I can PR in the 1500 off 5k training? My friend thinks I'm not going to PR that much in the 1500. He thinks to go from 4:11 to 4:00 in the 1500 is too ambitious. If no, should I focus more on 1500?
I plan to consistently run 60-75 mpw in the winter.
