Okay, so now we've got Kipchoge and Mo in the London Marathon this spring. Does this have any influence on the question of where Rupp runs next?
Assuming Kipchoge will want to run the first half in 61-62 minutes, I wonder if Mo will want to go with him or if he'll hang back a bit, shooting for a 2:05-2:06.
If the latter is the case, it could be a good opportunity for Rupp to hammer it out with his old training partner.
Of course, now that he's Chicago champ, he'd become a legend if he can add a Boston victory to his resume in April.
Anyway, does Kipchoge's decision for London alter the calculus for Rupp?
