High school junior coming off of xc season. I was planning on running indoor and focusing on the mile but also run the 800 and 2 mile just because. The indoor state meet is in next February, so that’s plenty of time. I was gonna take a week off then start training for indoor. What should my first month of training consist of? Keep in mind there are indoor meets inbetween now and state. I ran 17:28 5k off of 25 mpw this xc season, and last year I ran 4:53 for the mile and 2:08 for the half mile and 10:44 for the 2 mile off of about 10-15 mpw(not joking)
