Hello guys, I am curious what training I need in order to run a 27:30 8K. My sophomore year cross country season is over. My first ever 8K in college I ran 28:40 and I haven’t came very close since, and I’m afraid it’s college training.. So far, my Pr’s are:
800-2:04
1500-4:17
3200-10:02
5K-16:40
8K-28:40
