So I ran this workout last track season right around when I was peaking.
The workout:
4x200 w/ 30 sec rest 27-28 average, full rest, 3x200 @ 27, 26, 24
I don’t remember the 3x200 rest but it was probably about 2-3 minutes.
What 800 time would you think this correlates to? Or a rough estimate or time time range?
