The expression on that dogs face is hilarious.
I mean, that dog has an incredulous look on his face like he can't believe he got caught.
Maybe it's from all the kissing/kisses they give....
The top 20 teams were tested, and only one team had dogs (not all but 'several') who tested positive.
Given that the substance was a pain killer, I'd suggest that the musher be criminally charged with cruelty.
However, I think that the OP is overstating how common PEDs are - certainly not 'rampant.'
