. Yesterday I did an easy run in the morning and 10x12sec max hill sprints in the afternoon. Tomorrow I plan to do 15-20x 200m hill repeats. Would it be to much to do 8x150m relaxes hill repeats after my easy run today?
Thanks for your answers :)

Yeah why would you need hill sprints 3 days in row. You're putting stress without allowing rest/repair which takes away the benefit.
Well, Lydiard--early on, at least--had his guys doing hills six days a week during his specific hill phase. (The seventh day was a 20-miler, for recovery.) And some of his guys were very successful with that.
OTOH if you don't have the background that his guys did (100-mile weeks of distance buildup, much of it over rolling terrain), then I suspect that three consecutive days of hills would be a bit much.
I admit that "relaxe[d] hill repeats" almost strikes me as a contradiction in terms; but regardless of that, the same number of "pickups" on the flat, after your easy run today, might be more useful: starting off at medium speed, then gradually accelerating over 50-80m (emphasis on "picking up" the tempo, rather than consciously lengthening the stride); holding that speed for a few steps; then easing off over 20-30m.

I think that they were hill springs/bounds and not really all out sprints ...
