I have been keeping close track of the amount of sleep I have been getting for the past 13 weeks. On average, I get about 45 hours of sleep per week, but on individual weeks it has been as high as 53.75 and as low as 36.75. There is also a lot of variability in my sleep and my 7 day standard deviation ranges from 0.29 to 3.84. If I get around 47 hours per week or higher it is usually a pretty good week, but lower and I feel bad a good chunk of the days. 40 or under and I'm in very rough shape.
