So I know you guys will probably think I’m a troll because this sounds so stupid but here’s my story. So my sophomore season has not been going the way I have wanted it to. I started off the season with a 17:04 on a for sure legit course that is decently hilly. This was off 60 mpw this summer with some easy workouts sprinkled in. Fast forward to now and my pr is only 16:56 and we have already ran our super fast home course twice. Meanwhile since June 7th I have taken 2 days off and have a streak of about 90 days and can’t seem to run a fast time to save my life. What would you recommend I do? What is my problem?
