Hey everyone, I know it's a little (really) early to think of this, but I get bored. Anyways, I was just wondering how you guys set up your morning doubles in the winter. Is it 20 min every day? 20-30-20? And I also don't know much about strength training, so any pointers there would be great! I can't really change my PM runs, those are decided by my coach, so just wondering how you guys do your supplemental morning runs and anything extra you do for track. I dot really have any goals yet, those will come after XC since I'll know what I can hit after that. Thanks in advance!
