Wow poor you, you have a cold
We always used to call this lactic cough at my club. Would usually get it after 1500 / 800. Would have a rough throat and cough up fluid. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's really bad, in which case check it out with your doctor.

It's just EIA. Pretty common and easy to deal with by either warming up better or using drugs like the British Cycling team.
