No idea. When I was running well (end of 2009), I ran for time on my feet and guessed the mileage based on that.
So a week from my diary back then was:
M: 30' easy, 45' tempo, 30' easy
T: 50' easy, Drills, 15 x 3' effort on roads w/ 1' jog recovery, 50' easy
W: 90' easy
T: 50' easy, Drills, 14 x 600m on track w/ 1' rest, 50' easy
F: 70' easy
S: 50' easy, 5.1km threshold, 6' rest, 8 x 200m hills w/ 75s jog recovery, 50' easy
S: 150' easy
Mainly trained alone, but the sessions had a group on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to do part of the WU and WD with, and they would sometimes do the same session on Saturday's.
I DNFed the marathon I was aiming for, but thought I was in sub 2:15 shape (one of the sessions on a Thursday was a 20km solo run which involved a 3 min climb twice, and I negatively split a 62'37 as part of a training week).
