Much like Allen Webb, he is old, slow and a shadow of his former self. I honestly doubt he throws more than 3000 yards this season. Serves him right for supporting that nazi loving trump!!!
The Patriots have lost the first game of the season three times since Brady became the starter. They won the Super Bowl all three of those seasons. Blessing in disguise IMO; get past the honeymoon phase of post-Super Bowl media darlinghood, no talk of 19-0 or comparisons to the 2007 team as a distraction, there is only one objective now. There's work to be done. Better to recognize that now than halfway through the season.

Anybody else notice the patriots have the whitest offense in sports in the last 30 years?
and the best team, are you trying to say white football players > black?
yet another Super Bowl title with among the greatest ever comebacks just seven months ago was not proof enough for you? His arm strength and running ability were never even average.
sounds like a commentary on the lame sport of football more than on Tom "my wife's a supermodel" Brady to me...

No, he plays team sport, the ultimate team sport. He is not even on the field for half the game, he has no control over how or if the other team scores. If he was not on a great team with a great coach, he would be retired, because he is not as great as his coach and team made him. He or anyone else for that matter cannot win a football game.
At least in Baseball the pitcher has complete control over the other teams ability to score and because of that they are credited with the W or L, in Football it is not true. The QB is only a part of the W, in some cases a very small part.

Check back in October. When everyone else has rolled the Pats because Brady is old and they have no D, you'll suddenly realize Alex Smith wasn't really all that great last night.
Chiefs will be 2-2 or 2-3 by then
Pats will be 2-2 or 2-3 as well
On paper, this was a good game. In reality, it was a late season game with two teams that blow and are out of it.
Hate to tell you Panama Canal but I'm going to guess your terrible record predictions of 2 of the most successful recent teams are way off...
Chiefs last 4 seasons:
2016: 12-4
2015: 11-5
2014: 9-7
2013: 11-5
Patriots last 4 season:
2016: 14-2 (SB Champs)
2015: 12-4
2014: 12-4 (SB Champs)
2013: 12-4
I wonder if you are all the same idiots who were saying that Alabama was a better football team than the Cleveland Browns.

I understand Brady's SuperBowl wins. Brady is not a good athlete. I saw him play as a Big 10 QB for MI. I understand why Brady was not drafted in the first few rounds. Brady had a weak arm in college. Has anyone ever seen a baseball pitcher with a weak arm, age 18 to 22 then at age 23 all of a sudden a big league arm? If Brady cheated with deflated footballs, he cheats with microdosing.
You sound pretty butthurt

- What have the Chiefs accomplished with this record? Are they possibly among the winningest teams of the last 4 years to do diddly squat?

Tom Brady has a supermodel wife. he's good-looking. he is rich. he has more superbowl victories than any other quarterback in the history of the sport. he has the most wins. he has the highest winning percentage.
those are all facts. he's the GOAT and it's not even close
AND he is literally the image of the american dream for white males, and no one likes him.
i love how effed up our country is
Here's why I don't like Brady or the Patriots.
"Congrats, Patriots fans! You are the official team of the alt-right! They’re all yours. More important, your team is now emblematic of an America that is distorted beyond recognition: a place where people are less revered than the bold and brave companies that maximize delivery and efficiency by phasing out every last trace of humanity and treating people like coal to be shoveled into a furnace. The Patriots can even get NFL players to buy into this shit. Players are like, “Wow, these guys really know how to get the most out of me right before paying me what I’m actually worth!†This team dangled Malcolm Butler all offseason and then decided to keep him in the fold, and of course he’ll still play brilliantly for them because NFL players know that you can either be treated like shit in New England and win, or be treated well elsewhere and lose."

Tim Tebow is built like linebacker and has a weak NFL arm. Shear physical strength doesn't necessarily translate to throwing a football farther. As for Brady, he worked with a QB coach, hit the gym, improved his diet, worked hard on his throwing mechanics, core, release point, hip rotation, etc. Microdosing/roids isn't the reason.
Every year, there are players like Brady who fall through the cracks and slide down the draft board, becoming late selections and sometimes become superstars.
Excerpt from a pre-draft scouting report on Brady:
Tom Brady Positives: Good height to see the field. Very poised and composed. Smart and alert. Can read coverages. Good accuracy and touch. Produces in big spots and in big games. Has some Brian Griese in him and is a gamer. Generally plays within himself. Team leader.
Summary: Is not what you’re looking for in terms of physical stature, strength, arm strength and mobility, but he has the intangibles and production and showed great Griese-like improvement as a senior. Could make it in the right system but will not be for everyone.
http://www.livestrong.com/article/489266-how-does-weightlifting-affect-how-far-you-throw-a-football/One more thing, last night's winning QB, Alex Smith came out of college with a "weak" arm. Didn't look so weak last night.

+1. Well done, sir. All the media "experts" will be proven wrong again.
Watching the game, it struck me how many long passes Brady threw... and missed. In the second half he went, I think, 7 for 21. If he hits a few more of those long passes, it's a different game. The Pats are going to be tough once Brady and his receivers get on the same page.
