I am ashamed to admit this in public, but I have a problem and I need help. I was once a professional triathlete and Boston qualifier Marathoner. I trained hard but my nutrition was horrible. Eventually I had to stop because of all my injuries. I now have an ankle injury and am determined to get back to where I was. I now realize I ate nowhere near the food I needed to succeed. I now weigh 122 pounds and am 5'10''. I haven't run consistently for two years. I'm looking for a program to help me fuel right and get back to running healthily. I am looking for a sports nutritionist with experience helping people reach their marathon goals. Any suggestions would be great. Please help, and don't judge me too harshly. I'm ashamed of the person I've become, and want to get my life back.
