Ok I'm trying to drop 2 kilo for my next marathon in 8 weeks.
Normally I can lose weight or at least some of it, but struggling.
Curious if taking extra protein daily just a scoop of muscle milk...and a few eggs a day is holding me back? It's the only new variable besides whisky.
I eat a pretty lean normal diet besides that...
Oatmeal-milk-fruit
Large loaded Salad lunch and dinner with some meat or fish..bread or rice...
1-2 pb&j per day
1-2 alcohol drinks...whisky or wine...
