What's everyone's thought on what percentage to cut mileage when going from strict base (mileage, tempo, and progression work) to adding in two true quality sessions per week. I've heard around 20% as a rule of thumb, but was unsure what to think of that.
Am I just being a wuss for thinking of cutting mileage for quality work?
