anyone deal with anorexia and recovering?
did you run during it?
Take a year off?
Did you notice you had to eat alot of calories in order to gain weight (more than the average person)
Was told i need like 3000-4000 cals a day to recoery, in order to repair body, the weight gain will be very slow on a high cal meal people, because of the damage done.
how did you overcome the barriers of eating and get back to running?
