I just did a workout were I did a 200 (In 36-37) with a 100 meter jog as rest I did 3 of these (200 hard+100 easy) and that was one "circuit" after each circuit, I got 2:00 rest instead of the 100m jog. I did 6 of those circuits for a total of 18 hard 200s. Also, I ran it on a grass course with a couple of small hills. Given this, what can I expect to run my 5k in at my first xc meet?
