Anyone annoyed by how NBC continues to bring up the Olympics but not the previous World Championships?
Anyone annoyed that instead of showing field events during deadtime, the replay races that happened days ago?
Keep it going.

Rick Allen is the worst.
Ok kyle
As a former All American track athlete and present NASCAR announcer I feel Rick Allen has been doing an AWESOME job calling the 2017 World Track And Feild Championships! His background and knowledge of the sport comes through during his broadcast. Hope Rick continues to call T&F meets in the future!

I hate the replays of yesterday's race. Seeming nothing but an excuse to show a day old interview with the winner, an interview that hasn't aired previously.
Just show the interview. We can figure out the connection. Airing the race seems like lazy filler when you can't think of anything else.
Tip: if you sign up for NBC gold app, you can watch a no add, no commentary track stream, plus multiple field streams at the same time. With that, you see whatever event you like without inane interviews, or ill informed play by play.
Agree... Also typical track meet way too much time between track events. Whats with the double introductions, one entering the track and another
at the blocks?
Thanks!
NBC with the exception of Bolden is just awful. The BBC is excellent. Just compare the calls for the Women's 400.
A low-point on Sunday's NBC coverage was "cutting away" to Jimmy Roberts in the studio to give a report on the NFL Hall of Fame award winners from the previous day. If there is a newsworthy contest to report on from another channel, then that might make sense, but there was no justification for this in the middle of the NBC coverage.
No one is watching the Olympic Channel coverage?
I'm on Gold, but I still vented about Rick Allen's suck here: http://nbcsportsgrouppressbox.com/contact-us/

Links or it didn't happen.

I am, and it has been all right. Rick could probably stop telling us that the gun has sounded and they are off and such, but that is easy enough to ignore. My only big gripe is that the commentators decide before the race who we should watch and despite all evidence to the contrary, they harp on about how wonderful their pick is doing. Until they lose, of course, and then it's all about why they lost and what a shock it is. Call races like they do with horses rather that trying to predict what might happen later in the race and what might be going on in the heads of the athletes.
Rick Allen is horrible- he knows nothing about track and thinks he's fooling people.
I like Masback BUT he (and others) tend to talk too much and won't call the race.
In the 800 they completely ignored Bosse's move on the back stretch (ONE example).
Throw Josh Cox in there too. He talked way too much. They need to watch TdF telecasts and learn from them.
Also, in general terms, the announcers need to come prepared. Many times they don't know the athletes. You always hear out these NFL announcers watching hours of tape, so they can call a game INTELLIGENTLY. Not so in T&F.
Why doesn't the networks invest a little money in training these people.
STFU... they put on Sandi Morris as a commentator. That is good enough for me.
Look, if we keep this up they will bring back Carol Lewis and Larry Rawson. They are doing great!

I usually don't do this, but you honestly sound like somebody with connections to NBC. Nobody in there right mind would say what you just said about Rick Allen's coverage of this meet if they knew ANYTHING about Track and Field.
I don't think you quite got the joke
