prs:
5k: 18:47 (xc)
3200m: 11:13 (outdoor)
1600m: 4:57 (indoor)
800m: 2:19 (indoor)
Lost a month of outdoor season and never really recovered due to concussion and flu.
I took a 3 week break off after the season ended and ran a 19:29 5k on a hilly course..
My past 3 weeks have been:
45 miles
50 miles
15 miles (couldn't run at friends house)
55 miles (is what I'm gonna run this week)
Should I pr?
In season I only run about 25 miles, so my mileage is much heavier. Also ran the 19:29 off of a 3 week rest, so I feel like this much heavier mileage should lead to a pr?
