I run the 400m & 200m and also do Long Jump
I'm entering my senior year of high school and need help figuring out which event i should focus on to get a full ride to college.
400m- 51.3
200m- 22.6
Long Jump- 19feet 8inches
Which event should my primary focus? When I can run a 22.6 200m but I can't seem to go sub 50 in the 400m...
I'm 6'0 and 148 pounds. Fairly skinny..
Does my lack of muscle have something to do with it?
