I feel like I have absolutely no power anymore and it's showimg in my times which seem to be gradually increasing (my 5k has deteriorated by 90 seconds and my mile by 36 seconds) over the last few months. My easy run pace is getting harder too, my usual 9 minute pace is starting to feel more like a 7:55-8 minute pace. My bloodwork is good, my diet is good and my weight hasn't changed.
I'd be surprised if I were overtrained because I have taken it easy until may this year then started incorprating speed workouts based on my fitness in time trails in april (mile and 5k). I have done one TT a month since and I cannot hit my workout goals or come close (within even a minute) to my may TTs.
