Don't think I really have a routine ha.
Depends on scenarios.
If working eves and not a stressful eves (Running around/Wrestling/So forth) then try to get up by 8. Then if up by 8 depends on the length of the run and weather. Usually plan 6 Miles or less before breakfast. If over 6 Miles say 8 usually will run mid morning after an hour or 2 passes from having breakfast. Usually has to be a cool day 80 or less outside no rain/snow.
Also if it's a day off after working eves try to go to the gym around 630 or 7, but that means 5 hours of sleep.
Then if I have the day off prior or worked day's prior usually up by 7. Then breakfast after I run. Depending if working eves that day morning consist of TV/Reading/Music. Maybe a nap. Laundry and cleaning. Then if working eves cooking dinner for that evening.
Now if it's a day off in general usually gym by 10. Then depends if it's a run day. Usually will run 6 or less on a gym day so either gym early morning 630/7. Come home breakfast, nap, and run. If gym by 10 already had breakfast have a snack. Go walk my mom's dog if not the weekend. Run by 1 or 2. Then relax for the day. Finish errands cleaning and cooking. Maybe more bills or grocery shop.
Then things can get real chaotic if it's a night shift or a day have class. Night shifts vary. Usually if not doing a eves to days I am motivated to go the gym. Sleep 4 hrs. Eat lunch. Take a nap and run for an hour.
Now if a class day most classes are evenings. So very little change in schedule. Only difference is try to push everything before noon. Because gives me time for school work and homework in the afternoon on class days. Occasionally have a morning class 10 or 11. So again depends on my day prior was it an off day, did I work eves, did I work days, and so forth. Also if it's a test day try to run 30 minutes. Feel 30 minutes helps my brain power before an exam.
Then things get even weirder. Usually weekends are the same as the week for my schedule. If it's a weekend off one's going to be a long run. I usually try to run Saturday. Usually am recovered if working day prior, usually. So get up at 8. Eat breakfast. Putz around for an hour. Try to get out by 9/930. Run till 11/1130. Some days I don't get out till 11. My wife understands we schedule things to do afternoon on Saturdays. Then Sunday off is usually gym early and a run early so I have the whole day to stuff and stuff with other's.
