I've had this for 1.5 years now. It appeared the morning after I ran the first leg of a 4x100.
I've been trying to work around it, but it's becoming more difficult. My eccentric strengthening exercises were working up until I got metatarsalgia. Soft heeled shoes work well, but many soft heeled shoes have soles that are too soft, causing me to get bad shin splints.
I'm considering surgery. I don't want the achilles to be attached/reattached if it doesn't have to be.
Anyone know anyone?
