At 6'0" and 165, that gives him a BMI of 22.4. Who tops that?

I don't believe those numbers.

Lol:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_TrueTrue also out-stockies Ron Clark, who was 6'0" 159lb and Craig Mottram, 6'2" 163lb
Deerfoot??? A guy from 1860 who ran 51+ for 10 miles???

Van Damme was middle d so not in the conversation, but even so, he was 6'3" and 168 which is just a 21.0 BMI.

Big dude but middle d.

John Walker, close @ 6', 163lb., but also a middle d guy.

Centrowitz Sr. at 6'1" and 170 lb is essentially equal! Also BMI of 22.4. If I had to give a tie-breaker between the two, however, I'd still have to go with BMFT as he's more of the pure distance runner of the two.
I also don't believe 165. This is another Solinsky-type myth where everybody wants to believe that the guy is 15+ pounds heavier than he actually is.

Well, it's documented on his Wiki page as such. Are there any other sources out there that show otherwise?

Solinsky's Wiki page has him at 6'1" and 165lb, so they aren't inflating his numbers.
C'mon...what's a matter with you cats...a little rusty on your history? 🤔
It's Peter Snell by a mile (no pun intended).

Plug that into your BMI charts.
No question, the guy was a friggin' Mack truck, but again, he was 800/1500 guy, and probably the winner in that category, but that's not the topic here.

So you think that wiki is accurate? Anyone can create a wiki page. Anyone can edit it. True doesn't look 165. I'd like to see the proof?

Like I said, show me other sources to prove my stupidity. Until then, you're just calling me names.
