I am a freshman (girl) this is my most recent workout and I have been running about 30 miles/week . So based on info below can you please help estimate some race times like 1600m, 800 etc
After warming up etc
1st 200 35.8 and all my 200s were like this until the 11th when I ran 34 then my 12 and 13th ones were 36 seconds. I had a 200m slow jog in between, i also did 100s and they were between 12.9 and 14.5.
I also did some 500 m the other day and they were about 1:35 each time (i ran on the road and there was a bit of a downhill. )
My races have been bad, because of low iron and stuff. Any help would be appreicated estimating some mid distances times. Thanks !!
