Alright so its gonna be my 1st year of XC and i want to go sub 18 so i can run in the group champs.
basically my goal for the summer is to run 30 mpw for the last month and rn im easing into that range.
With all this training do u think by late October i could be in sub 18 shape?
XC season probably 35-40 mpw with some quality wo's.
