My season started mid March and ended mid June. I maxed at 55 miles in a week and averaged about 45 mpw. Is it a big deal if I take 1 week off instead of 2 weeks off? I don't feel banged up or anything, my mileage wasn't too high. I start running for a D1 XC team mid August, and want to start putting miles under my legs to prepare for the mileage we'll be doing at the beginning of the season. (Prob like 70mpw for me) I've taken 1 week off so far. should I take another one off, or start easing into it this week (like 30miles)
