Post collegiate guy trying to educate himself on how to self-coach. I want to train for 5k-HM and maybe M at some point but not in the next 2 years. Is Jack Daniels the best book for my needs? Or are there other interesting authors out there with cool insights? $25 plus shipping should be enough for 2 books.
