Need help picking a marathon training plan, goal race is in November,
Back ground. Been running between 50 and 70 miles per week since the start of the year. Hoping to bump up to around 90 miles peak for the marathon.
Pb's 5k Low 15:05
10k 32:15
Half Mary 1:09.13
All Pb's have come this year.
What would a good marathon training program be? Goal/Dream is sub 2:25:00
