Holy Cross senior Bryan Gallagher looks to dominate the bottom half of the league this year and pull the Crusaders into contention for 6th place

Bryan Gallagher is so dreamy...hottest in the league 4 sure
BU snagged Laura Parkinson: a 4:21 Canadian that just got silver at Pan-Am Juniors in 4:25. Huge get for a struggling distance squad. New XC Coach Spangler has experience with this type of athlete in Cory McGee and Gen LaCaze from his Florida days so she should have an immediate impact on the league and beyond this year
Bucknell's Grace Loh is listed as a grad student...Anyone know anything about that?

What have you heard?
ppl r constantly underestimating holy cross... prunty will be first team all league this year and a bunch of guys r gonna step up and be top 20-30... just saying watch out patriot league...
Funny how all the talk on these boards is about Bucknell, Lehigh, and Holy Cross and not about winners like Navy, Army, and Boston. Those teams must be getting those extra miles in while the keyboard warriors from the "bottom half" of the Patriot League insult each other and argue over who will break 200 points at the cross country league meet.

Why do idiots say stuff like this? Any college student is capable of running 100 mpw and working a full time job over the summer, while still posting on Letsrun at 11am. What type of idiot runs at 11am over the summer?
Obviously I still respect Navy, Army, and Boston. They are good teams with well-rounded student-athletes. All I'm upset about is this rhetoric that suggests that successful student athletes should be running even more instead of posting on Letsrun.
I hear transfer student Ryan Evan McCann will be running his 5th year at Bucknell.
Calm down bro it was a joke.

Apologies for not "getting it." Kind of a d!ck thing to say tbh. But whatever. These are all division 1 athletes and I'm sure they are all working as hard as they can to prepare for the upcoming season.
When was the last time Army and Boston has won a league title ?

Boston: Never
How can bucknells women be so good while the mens team is what is??
Patriot League is much stronger on men's side in cross country compared to women. Both teams were 6th in MA region last year. Plus women have scholarships while men do not.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
