what's super confusing then is that report is from 2016
and it completely contradicts what the AP says in 2016 about incredibly weak or non-existent testing in Ethiopia and how athletes are warned testers are coming
http://summergames.ap.org/article/ethiopia-told-do-extensive-doping-tests-or-face-iaaf-ban
so was that report created in November 2016 to satisfy the IAAF demands?
she was tested 4 times in 2016 between July and November? OOC? really?
just to review the facts
she broke the doped record (admitted in 1995) by not just 14 seconds, but 22 seconds faster than anyone else had even come close to it
she negative split the two 5K by 15 seconds, with absolutely no rabbit or pacer or any kind of competition for the second 5K
so she is either the most amazing track distance runner in history or she is never going to repeat that performance again and it was a one-shot impossible run of a lifetime like Paula's 2:15
I would be thrilled to see her do it again though because to me it's bigger than when the 4 minute mile was broken, I mean her genetics and training would have to so much better than any other elite
but first she actually has to race again
