it's a sure bet Nike has done airflow tests and knows the draft from their "pace car" with that massive timing board is a huge advantage not experienced in actually sanctioned marathons
and the shoes are pretty much like running with little versions of Oscar Pistorius's blades
so it's like running in the middle of rush-hour traffic with a mondo olympic-qualify high-energy-return track attached to your feet
I mean they don't even have to break stride for gels or liquid, it's being catered to them - in what real race will you see that happen, ever?
I am not sure why so many "experts" think 2 hours cannot happen in this highly unusual environment - sure it could not happen in a real, regular, sanctioned marathon, but this is obviously just show-craft
I just want it to be over with, I hope they at least just touch 2 hours so this dog-and-pony show never happens again
