I am a freshman, and my 800m is 2:18, 1600m is 5:12, 3200m is 11:40, and 5k is 19:10 (ran about 6 months ago). A lot of people who have the same 800m time as me are almost a minute faster than me in the 3200m run. Any off-season training tips on how to improve endurance so that I can be good at the 3200m and 5k? Thanks.
