I'm a Highschool junior with PR'a of 52.6 in the 400, 1:57.63 in the 800, and 9:58 in the 3200. I've ran a 4:35 in the 1600, but that was pre season and it was basically a workout. I'm racing this Thursday, and I was wondering, based on my PR's, what would be a reasonable goal for this Saturday?
