These guys don't look like athletes at all. I've seen some of these guys running on TV or at the Olympics. And they're really skinny. These guys are like 5'10" sitting at like 128 pounds. I mean WTF?
It's not a good look at all.

First off, there's always someone of the opposite sex who likes an extreme body type. Some skinny women like 400 pounds guys, and some 300 pound women like 120 pound guys. And of course there are 120 pound hotties who like 120 pound runners.
Second, if you can make a living ($100k+) from running and not working then anyone would run enough to be that skinny. Even you. You just don't have any talent.
Skinny women like skinny guys. It's in their genes.
If you like what you are doing, believe in it, and are good at it. That's about as a sexy as it gets to enough women that it's not an issue.
Being a bonehead sitting around wondering what women do and don't like is fail.

+1
Not being a jerk, but if your super uber skinny like that and have no muscle maybe go lift some weights. You don't have to be disgustingly thin, that's why a lot of us lift weights in conjunction with running. I'm not super elite but i ran sub 2:40 and have a 6 pack and half decent arms. You're just doing things wrong.
Would not become a pro runner for 100K annual salary. Thing is best case scenario I'm like a top 3 national runner and can avoid injury for 10 years and have a 10 year career. That's best case scenario. But I don't get to die at age 35. I've got to keep living and making an income.
In the 70s 80s the women loved skinny dudes ... rock stars. All skinny dudes
Completely agree. Most people should cut out all that excessive running BS. Would much rather look like David Beckham than these runner guys.
You're right but you're also a d!ck and that won't get you far with any decent girl over 21.

But plenty would. They have the whole rest of their lives to be a cubicle jockey.
As to skinny - mild but frequent lifting plus form-fitting Tommy Hilfiger will have you looking Eurosexual in no time.

Um, Beckham is as skinny as a runner.
It's too bad you won't be able to do anything else after that and will be confined to your couch for the rest of your life.

You don't even have to put in that much work to look good and healthy. It's not even about being jacked. David Beckham is a pretty good look to go for. He's not jacked, he's not skinny. He's just an in shape guy.
But these guys are sitting at 125 pounds. Nah...
There are things in life that aren't getting laid, believe it or not. Literally the only people I've met who think like you are people who never have.

Dude is 165 pounds. These runners are like 5'8" 120 pounds.

Getting laid? Wasn't going to get into that. But since you brought it up. Try getting consistently laid when you're 5'10" sitting at 127.
Ultimate Ladies man right here. Look at this guy.

Sad thing is that's attainable for almost every guy out here. But most are just like nah, would rather just get fat and stay super skinny.
2/10. This has been done and done but you are getting a bunch of responses.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
