I'm a sophomore boy.
Current PR's:
2:38 800m indoor freshman year which is slower than my mile pace but that's all I got.
4:59 1600m this week.
11:03 3200m last week.
Workout
2x800m 5 minutes rest
2:33, 2:30
Was going to do 3 but I was kicked off the track, if it helps I definitely could have run my last one under 2:30. Another workout this week would be a 5k tempo at 6:35, pretty hard, 1 mile recovery jog then a 2 mile tempo at 6:10, also pretty hard. Just wondering what you think I could run for 2 miles mostly based on my mile PR and those workouts. I was thinking mid to high 10:40's.
